Donations are not obligatory to download the music. That is our gift to you. However, since one of our three goals is to raise at least a million dollars for charity, we welcome donations of any amount.

In the early stages of this project… well before it had been birthed… a number of people asked me about my strategy: How did I expect to raise that kind of money for charity? When I told them about my plan (to give the music away for free and invite individuals to donate to our partnering organizations)… I heard a lot of well-meaning people tell me all of the reasons why that wouldn’t work. Corporate sponsorship was the way to go, many of them said. But corporate sponsorship is not what this project is about. Although there may be a role for corporate sponsorship, this project is a grass-roots project, and we intend to raise a LOT of money for charity, one donation at a time, however large or small.

If you’ve spent any time on this site, hopefully you have recognized two themes: Dreaming and Participating. One way that you can participate is by donating to one or more of our partner organizations or directly to this project. By doing so, you will help foster the dreams of many, many people and help create a more just, more peaceful society (a really great dream in and of itself!).

You also may choose to help us keep this project going and growing by donating to the Dream On! project. Although it is our intention to establish a 501c3 organization, we have not yet been able to do so. That means that while your donations will be much appreciated, they are not tax-deductible.
